           My Hero Academia: Perfect Timing!




                                    How did My Hero become so popular?!


    Okay, this has been crossing my mind for quite some time. Yes, My Hero has some of the best assemble of characters in recent years in regards to anime, but I feel like there's something bigger. Is it the world that exists in My Hero? Is it the story?

       What exactly made My Hero Academia very popular?

    Well, my friends, in my opinion, it boils down to: the timing.

    You see, what studio was dominating the box office in 2016, the same year the anime of My Hero came out? A studio that had similar characters? Similar worlds?

    Marvel, my friends, and what does both Marvel and My Hero Academia have? Superheroes.

    I may be in the minority in this, but I believe My Hero's success was thanks to Marvel putting superheroes in the spotlight. With heroes like Captain America, Spider-Man, Ironman, and Hulk on the big screen, grossing billions of dollars every year, now was the time for a new media to be introduced with characters sharing similar powers as your favorite Marvel and even DC heroes.

    Marvel was the craze around 2016, and now an anime consisting of heroes joins the wave?! Sign me up!

                        Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles                                                          First Impression on the new Demon Slayer game!                         After playing a couple hours of this game's campaign, all I have to say is: It's good. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. I t's just your simple anime video game that just retells the story of the anime in video game form. I usually hesitate when buying an anime game worth full price of a game ($60), because they all tend to be the same just different gameplay. With Season 2 premiering less than 2 weeks ago, lets take a look at what's to come in the anime. Firstly, the elephant in the room: the Mugen Train movie.
